Thothanna has paid her attention especially for children and youth as she believes they are the future of the Sri Lanka. It was important to develop the hidden potential of the children and the youth in the underdeveloped dry zone. So a great need was felt to improve the childhood and the youth in this society, in fulfilling this need.
Thothanna consist of a dynamic team of young men and women lead by an experienced leader committed towards human development. Since her birth in 1993 the team has gained wide experience enriched with varying competencies such as child, youth and community animation, training, media, journalism, computer skills and management skills.
